How much does commercial snow removal cost in New Jersey?
A commercial seasonal snow contract in northern New Jersey runs about $10,000 to $30,000 for the winter, and we do not take work below roughly $5,000 a season. Where a property lands in that range depends on how the lot plows, how much walkway there is, the trigger depth and how early it has to be clear.
Square footage alone does not set the price. Islands, tight drive lanes, loading docks and where the snow can physically be stacked decide how long a truck spends on a lot. Entrances, stairs and ADA routes need hand crews, which are priced separately from truck work.
Two contract choices move the number the most. A 1-inch trigger means more visits than a 2-inch trigger, and cleared by 6 a.m. costs more than cleared by noon because it buys a place at the front of the route.
The range is not a quote. A written number comes from a free site walkthrough, usually within a few days.
