How long does it take to get a snow removal proposal?
Usually a few days after the site walkthrough. We walk the property, measure it, note the hazards and send a written proposal.
The walkthrough is free and there is no obligation. It is where the things that set the price get seen: lot layout, walkways, drainage and shaded ice spots.
If you manage several sites, send the list at once. One walkthrough day covering a portfolio is faster than separate requests.
