Our own salt supply
We stock salt before the season starts, kept dry in hoop-style barns and in shipping containers staged at service locations, so material is close to the properties that need it. When regional supply runs short in a bad winter, our clients' properties still get treated on schedule.
Applications are matched to the surface and the forecast: bulk rock salt for lots, calcium blends for sidewalks and entryways, and pre-treatment ahead of ice events.
Documentation you can stand on
Every application is logged with time, location and material. If a slip-and-fall claim ever lands on your property, you'll have the service records to answer it.
