Why this document matters

A slip-and-fall claim usually arrives months after the storm. When it does, the questions are what the conditions were, what was done about them, and when. This report is the answer, timestamped, with materials and photos. Properties that keep these on file settle claims that drag other properties into depositions.

It also keeps the billing honest. The report shows exactly what a visit covered, so there's never an argument in March about what happened in January. More on the liability side: why the paperwork is your best defense.
